Probe Mover
Shows how a walking machine plans its steps.
Hold it in either hand to see what a walking machine's legs are planning:
Yellow: where each foot would like to be. Green: the ground it found there. White: planted feet carrying weight, orange: feet in mid-step. The bar over each leg fills as it needs to step and turns red when it wants to.
Cyan outlines the feet holding the machine up and magenta shows where the body is swaying its weight before a step. The centre of mass is marked in green while balancing is easy, yellow as it gets hard and red when the legs can't hold it.
