Locomotion Core
Steers a walking machine with redstone.
Place it on the machine looking the way it should walk: the glowing arrow on its base and the eye on its pyramid then point that way.
Redstone behind it or on top walks forward. In front of the arrow, it walks backward. On the left or right side, it turns that way, on the spot or while walking. Signal strength sets the speed. With no signal the machine stands still on its feet.
Sitting: redstone from below makes the machine sit. It lowers itself on its legs until its underside is just off the ground, so you can climb aboard, and doesn't walk while sitting. When the signal stops it stays down for 5 more seconds, then stands up again; the signal returning restarts the wait. Works with Brain Controllers and Humanoid Brain Controllers alike.
A machine that's struggling to balance (too few legs for its weight, or its weight far outside its feet) slows down and stops walking until it's steady again.
